What do you do with crappy DSL service?
Last April 4, 2007 I called PLDT DSL 172 compaining of slow bandwidth which consistently runs at 120-140 kbps. The customer service told me that I should be having 1MBPS since the monthly fee is 2k. She promised to act on it by issuing a ticket. After 2 days I called again and another customer service ask me if I have more than 2 computers installed, I said yes but at the moment only 1 is active, the person asked me if i could pull the plug off the router and put it in DSL modem for standalone, I insisted that it would not make a difference but I did it anyway just to satisfy the guy.
