Playoffs Musings

Just some thoughts on the ongoing 2007 NBA playoffs:

*Richard Jefferson saved the Nets season with his layup and steal in Game 6 of the Nets-Raptors series.  The Raptors started the series like deer facing headlights, showing none of the composure, teamwork, and efficiency that carried them through the regular season.  It was obvious in the first two games that they felt the pressure of the playoffs and the seasoned Nets pounced on them like wolves.  The Raptors adjusted and adapted, growing more comfortable with each game and were poised to take Game 6 and most likely Game 7 if it weren't for RJ's heroics.  Maybe next year.  Read more... Cebu Summer 2007-Costabella Beach Resort and Shangrila Mactan

Just went to Cebu for a 3-day, 2-night stay last May 1.  We stayed at Costabella Beach Resort in Mactan.  The resort is located near Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort.  The funny thing about this beach resort is that their beach disappears during low tide.  The best time to swim then is during high tide which comes in around 10am.  But that’s the time when we should be staying off the sun!!!
