Starting today Oct. 9, 2007 to October 15, 2007, Cebu Pacific Air is offering P1++ fares to Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xiamen and Macau.  Travel period is from Nov. 1, 2007 to Jan. 31, 2008.  I checked the Shanghai Round trip price and it cost around P6,000 (inclusive of taxes and surcharges).  Check out www.cebupacificair.com for booking and more info.
