Typhoon "FRANK" is still crossing Central Luzon and is expected to exit over the coast of Pangasinan tonight.
Location of Center: (as of 4:00 p.m.)     in the vicinity of Tarlac or 40 kms South of DagupanForecast Positions/Outlook:    

Monday afternoon: 130 kms West of Laoag City
Tuesday afternoon:310 kms West Northwest of Basco, Batanes
Wednesday afternoon: 530 kms North Northwest of Basco, Batanes or80 kms West Northwest of Taipei, Taiwan
