Wall Street that initially skidded half a percent immediately recovered and traded virtually flat to slightly higher until closing, awaiting today's crucial jobs data.
Local trading mimicked the initial drop to flat closing movement. Index stocks were at a standstill, managing 9 gainers against 9 losers with the rest unchanged.
Much of the weight was on ALI's one fluctuation gain to 11.5 worth 4 psei points.
BEST Overall gainers included CYBR .66, MPI 2.95, bel sino apc, at 11.25, urc 18
BEST Losers with volume were MED .45, ACR 1.20, ANI 24, UPM .0085, MRC .62. MRC's day high of .76 was again unsustainable, this time closing at the low of the day which was .62.
