A smart Telecoms simcard can set you back only 300 Philppine pesos. Why go through all the hassle of cutting your own? That’s my opinion. Also, there is such a thing now as a microsim puncher which acts like your regular old paper puncher for those folder holes, only this particular gadget is obviously contoured for the microsim shape. It costs something like 500 pesos on the internet. Expect enterprising brother to have this gadget on greenhills and may do the punching service for you for less than 300 bucks in the future.!
