Manila Hotel Staycation Package – PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to the active principal and supplementary cardholders of the following cards in good credit standing: Allied Bank Premium Card, PNB Platinum Core Card, Mabuhay Miles Platinum MasterCard, Mabuhay Miles World MasterCard, Allied Bank Platinum UnionPay and Allied Bank Diamond UnionPay.

2. Promo period is from January 10 to February 28, 2013.

3. Cardholder must use his/her Allied Bank or PNB Credit Card to avail of the discount.

4. Cardholder is entitled to:

Cafe Ilang-Ilang : 50% off on breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet (food only)*
Valid when cardholder dines with at least 1-9 companions

Mabuhay Palace : 50% off on ala carte (food only)*
Valid when cardholder dines with at least 1-9 companions

Manila Hotel Rooms: 50% off on Room Rates as long as reservation and payments are done during
the promo period. Standard Inclusions.*

*Blackout Dates : February 10 and 14, 2013

5. Advanced reservation is required to guarantee availability of rooms. For inquiries and reservation, cardholder may call Manila Hotel at (632) 527 0011 local 1175 to 79. Standard Cancellation Policy applies (2 days prior arrival).

6. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items.

7. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificate.

8. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (such as but not limited to senior citizen discount), privileges or VIP cards.
